Nasher did the following.
Leg Press…basically some fatiguing work…high foot position…full range…a few sets of some reps…reasonably heavy.
Squats…4 sets of banded work…of which this was the last.
Pretty self explanatory…I hope.

Glute Ham Raises…5 sets of 5…super slow reps.
Leg Curls…3 sets of 15 with an Isometric hold at maximum knee flexion for a 2 count with a slow eccentric.
Superset of Natural Reverse Hypers and 45 degree Back Extensions for 3 sets of 12 of each.
Standing Ab Pull Downs…3 sets of 20 reps.
Session finished…short and sweet.
