No rest for the wicked (or the fat) on this bank holiday weekend.


Another ‘supplementary’ session today for those that dragged themselves to the gym on this sunny bank holiday Sunday.

Session was as follows:
10 intervals of 150m in less than 30seconds with 30seconds recovery between intervals on the Concept II.

3 sets of 15 reps of elevated push ups
3 sets of 5 pull ups and
3 sets of 12 45 degree back extensions

Followed by…
10 intervals of 150m in less than 30 with 30seconds recovery between intervals.
Then…
3 sets of 15 reps of elevated blast strap inverted rows
3 sets of 5 60kg military press and
3 sets of 10 roll outs….and then just for good measure

10 intervals of 150m in less than 30 with 30seconds recovery between intervals.

This was followed up with….after the huffing and puffing had finished….a shoulder prehab circuit and some shoulder and back band traction.
